Join us for an exploration of recent development in the Village of Brown Deer! The Historic Village Center is meant to bring the community together through living and gathering spaces. It includes new multifamily buildings, renovated library, a community green and beer garden with rentable event space. 

•Greenlink Residences and Public House 55 is the culmination of a Public-Private partnership between F Street Development Group (FSDG) and the Village of Brown Deer to re-connect the community and transform the former Village Department of Public Works into 134 total units and a community green space with a beer garden. 

•Public House 55 will offer rotating beer selections from Karben4, host library events, farmers markets, as well as offer rentable space for private events. 

•Library – 25,000 sq. ft. Village-owned former bank branch mixed use building renovated in 2021 with the Armed Forces recruiting center as a tenant in 5,500 square feet •Multiple community meeting room spaces for groups up to 100 people •One of only two book pick up and drop off drive-throughs in County system

Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before the event start date. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, we will have record of registrations on site. Simply check in at the registration table. Please remember how you enter your registration information is what will appear on your name tag.
