Number of Years in NAIOP Wisconsin?: 4 years.

What project or professional or personal accomplishment are you most proud of?: My proudest accomplishment is an ongoing journey that blends both personal and professional growth. I am honored to work for a company owned by the Forest County Potawatomi, it allows me to give back to the Tribe for the support, guidance, and leadership that have shaped me. Entering the commercial real estate industry with limited experience, completing the ACRE program, and building meaningful relationships with key project partners have been pivotal achievements. These milestones not only enhance my role at Greenfire but also align with my mission to contribute to the Tribe’s continued success and legacy.

Where did you grow up, go to high school or college?: I grew up in Central Wisconsin and graduated from DC Everest High School. Afterward, I attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and have since made Milwaukee home.

Who introduced you to NAIOP Wisconsin and how has the DL All Star program contributed to your success in the industry as a young professional?: Pepi Randolph introduced me to Jim Villa, who, over a sunny afternoon lunch downtown, shared all the incredible benefits of NAIOP. From exceptional training resources and networking opportunities to career development and beyond, NAIOP Wisconsin has connected me with a community of like-minded professionals who live, work, and thrive in the same industry.

What advice would you give today, to you five years ago?You don't need to have everything figured out. Be a sponge, ask questions, and have fun.
