New Member Spotlight - Adam Bradshaw, Chicago Title Insurance Company

Name/Title/Company: Adam Bradshaw / Commercial Account Executive / Chicago Title Insurance Company

Briefly tell us what you do, and length of time in the CRE industry: I am an account executive with Chicago title, where I have worked in the title and real estate industry for over five years. My role focuses on building relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, developers, and investors while serving as a resource throughout the title in closing process. Over the past year, I have expanded my focus into the commercial real estate space, working to grow relationships and support commercial transactions throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

What project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: I’m most proud of the opportunity to expand my role from primarily residential title sales into the commercial real estate space. Building new relationships and learning the complexities of commercial transactions has been both challenging and rewarding. I’m proud of the progress I’ve made and growing my commercial network, while continuing to serve my existing clients and become a stronger resource for real estate professionals throughout the state.

How are you involved or would like to be more involved in CREDA Wisconsin?: I would like to be actively involved by attending events, building relationships with other members, and contributing to educational and networking opportunities within the association. As I continue to grow into the commercial real estate space, I’m looking forward to learning from other industry professionals, sharing my own perspective and resources were helpful, and becoming a consistent, engaged member of CREDA.

Tell us about your family: I live in twin Lakes, Wisconsin with my wife, Shauna, and our two dogs, Carl and Gizmo. My wife is a nurse, and outside of work we enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, and finding ways to stay active. Our two dogs also keep life, entertaining and make sure there’s never a dull moment at home.

Who is your favorite author and/or what is your favorite quote?: My favorite quote is, “success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day and day out.” I like it because it’s a reminder that long-term success comes from consistency, building relationships, and continuing to show up and improve over time.

What is the funniest thing that has happened to you recently?: One of my dogs recently decided that being fully potty trained was apparently optional and started leaving what I could only describe as “ninja poops” around the house— completely silent and without warning. He’s normally great about letting us know when he needs to go outside, so my wife and I have both been confused and impressed by his sudden commitment to stealth.

What is your favorite restaurant, and why?: Akame Sushi. My wife and I love going there because the food is always great, there’s a huge variety to choose from, and it’s a fun place to try different roles and dishes together. It’s definitely one of our go to spots when we’re in the mood for sushi.

Favorite foods at Summerfest and State Fair?: At Summerfest, my favorite food is definitely the cheese curds, and at the Wisconsin State fair, I have to go to classic creampuff. Neither is particularly adventurous, but sometimes the classics are classics for a reason!

What music are you listening to, and first and last concert you attended?: 80s metal and all types of country. My first concert was Aerosmith when I was 13. My last was Post Malone in Milwaukee.

What's your favorite vacation destination?: Captiva Island, Florida.

Favorite county or state park?: My favorite state park is Devils Lake State Park. The scenery is hard to beat, especially with the views from the Bluffs overlooking the lake. It’s a great place to hike, spend time outdoors, and enjoy one of the most beautiful areas in the state.
