Name/Title/Company: Anthony Di Silvestro / Real Estate Analyst / Boldt Healthcare Real Estate

Briefly tell us what you do, and length of time in the CRE industry: I work on the capital markets team at Boldt in Milwaukee, focused primarily on underwriting and financing medical office and seniors housing acquisitions and developments. I've been at Boldt and CRE for almost 2 years, and have worked in prior investment and credit analyst roles at Allstate and Moody's in Chicago since graduating from UW-Madison in 2016.

What project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: I am most proud of completing my CFA designation back in 2020. While it took many hours after work and on the weekends, I learned a lot that has helped me professionally and I was able to meet a lot of great people through their local societies.

How would you like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: I'd like to get more involved through the Developing Leaders program and committee, as well as begin attending chapter events around Milwaukee.

Tell us about your family: My wife and I met at UW-Madison and recently moved to Wisconsin from Chicago in the past two years. We live in Caledonia, WI and just purchased a home together this past year.

What's your favorite restaurant and why?: My favorite restaurant is Portillo's. I used to go there a lot growing up and glad they are opening locations in Wisconsin too.

Favorite vacation destination?: Italy.

What are your hobbies?: Golf in the spring/summer/fall. Skiing in the winter.

Favorite foods at State Fair?: Saz's Sampler Platter - Had it catered at my wedding as well!

What music are you listening to and first and last concert attended?: I listen to most genres - my first concert was Eminem at Lollapalooza and just went to Taylor Swift in Toronto in November.
