Name/Title/Company: Kevin Thiemer / Vice President of Project Development / Campbell Construction 

Briefly tell us what you do, and length of time in the CRE industry: My title and role at my company is rather broad. I am focused on Business Development and Preconstruction, primarily in the local markets. I also touch some project management and marketing efforts as needed. 

What project or professional accomplishment are you most proud of?: I am proud to see the active project we have going at GS Global in Mukwonago. This is one of Campbell Construction's largest projects and should be a great steppingstone to similar opportunities. 

How would you like to be more involved in NAIOP Wisconsin?: I am looking to meet more partners in the commercial real estate industry in SE Wisconsin. I would like to expand our network and establish Campbell Constuction's name in the Greater Milwaukee Region.

Tell us about your family: I have a small immediate family consisting of my parents, sister, and brother. 

What's your favorite restaurant and why?: Dave's Hot Chicken! I was introduced to it in Denver when I lived out there after college. When I moved back I thought I would never have it again.. then one opened up in Menomonee Falls a month later!

Favorite vacation destination?: Castle Rock Lake for my annual cabin trip with my 12 friends from high school (10 years running!)

What are your hobbies?: Doing home renovations on my rental properties, NFL/Packers/Fantasy Football, and playing bar darts/billiards.

Cats or dogs? Do you have pets?: Dogs, I have a 50-pound husky mix names Tonto.
